GENERATION X ANNUAL'95:
(First Story)It opens at the Hellfire Club with Cordelia Frost trying to convince Sebastian Shaw's son to allow her to take Emma place as White Queen in the elite Hellfire Club. She has kidnapped the mutant,Mondo, in hopes to be accepted. As they moniter Mondo, they are attacked and Mondo is carted away, Cordelia is not happy!
Back at the school, Jubilee is trying to get Penance to enjoy a swim in the pool while Emma and Banshee moniter her. As they are discussing the two, Jubilee cries out for help as Penance falls into a seizure! Emma telepathically calms her down while Banshee tries to reasure Jubilee...with disasterous results. Meanwhile at the front door, Cordelia is convincing Skin that she needs to see her sister Emma to help her.
In the Boston Harbor, Mondo is attempting an escape. He easily takes his two guards out and steals some clothing in the market outside. The market clerk sees this and alerts authorities (who are the captors!) GenX pull up just in time to aid in the battle with their normal flair.Mondo shows his power as he melts into the pavement and slams everyone as he comes out as solid as concrete. The captors end up teleporting away and GenX head back home. After Cordelia gets a lecture by Emma(who hates her big time!) Mondo talks to Cordelia...he didn't suspect a thing! He says goodbye as she leaves and enters the school to his first day with GenX and to his Orientation party....

(Second Story) Angelo is helping Monet move her many things into the Science building since the girls dorm was blown up by Chamber in GenX#6. After Monet misjudges the size of her window, everything she's carrying, ends up all over the floor. She leaves with a fewer things the next time and Skin sees something that fell out of her things... her diary! He thinks about it and decides to read it so he can know more about her. It's in coloring book form with the following quotes(each quote is a different page):
"Father is sad today.Again. Good. It is his fault, after all."
"It rained today. Hard. THINGS TO DO: Get a new Governess."
"Arrived at the school today. Naturally,everyone was glad to see me. It will take a while, but I know I can help them."
"The BIO-SHERE is an interesting place. Mr. Cassidy seems quite proud of it. It would be rude of me to make improvements right away."
"Skin and Synch arrived. They are nice, but they lack maturity."
"Naturally, since it is her school, Emma Frost is here too. I'm trying not to dislike her until I get to know her. I think she doesn't like me too much."
"I was surprised that Mentor arrived today. It seems like it's been a long time(everything seems longer....now.) I knew why he was here."
"At the airport, we met Chamber, I will try not to be scared, but he's scary looking. Plus, I feel sorry for him."
"It would have been a good first day...except for him. He almost ruined everything.like he probably always does...."
"When we got home, we found somebody called Penance. She looked worse than I expected."
AT that point, Monet comes flying back and Skin hides the diary. He's nervous and makes up some excuses and leaves. Monet sees her diary and wonders if he read it or not...no matter she thinks...he's to embarrassed to tell the others and she doesn't think that he could figure out the St. Croix family secret on his own anyway....End!

GENERATION X ANNUAL'96:
(This is going to be interesting to try to explain..)Ok, it starts in a guy's apartment who's girlfriend just left him. (you have to read this since the conversation keeps shifting from person to person.) The gang, sans Emma and Chamber, are on a road trip and are not happy..especially with Jubi telling boring jokes. At the same time we have a young woman who's wondering what her life amounts to..unlike her boss who's enjoying the fact that he and his "secretary" are leaving for the fun and sun forever, leaving his wife and kids forever.
The woman misses her subway and complains...much like Banshee is doing right now. Fenris is tracking a car behind GenX's van and lose it through the constant traffic. Banshee gets fed up and tells Skin and Ev to park the car while the rest walk to the Plaza. The same time, the guy goes to the subway to possibly commit suicide and encounters the woman. While on their way to the Plaza, Jubes and M argue and Banshee is waiting for an impact..hoping that Skin isn't fooling around with the van whos happens to be pulling into the parking garage now.
As Ev and Skin park the van, a man is taking a case from his trunk and is run down by a car! Fenris has found the car and Banshee heard this noise also, he decides to see what happened. The guy and woman are now talking about how their lives are screwed up while the woman's boss is trying to get to the garage. Ev and Skin try to stop Fenris as the GenXers follow Banshee. Ev and Skin are being shot at while Banshee screams the attackers to a stop! They are then captured and are subjected to "Silver Bullet" to kill them all! The woman's boss is trying to get out of the garage while the man and woman are trying to get into the building and are talking about going to lunch together.
(Annoying isn't this?) The GenXers crash the battle as the Silver Bullet is turned on...making their powers go berserk!! The garage is being destroyed as the boss nearly escapes his car as it is crushed. The man and woman feel the explosion too. The Bullet is destroyed in this and GenX try to regroup. The man and woman enter her work and are told how her boss took off just as police arrived to arrest him for Embezzlement, the secretary copied his files as evidence to turn him over! GenX then tries to stop Fenris and Jubilee accidently starts a fire with her powers! The woman then is told that the company is closed and they will all be moved upstairs with raises, some good luck!... not for GenX though. Monet and Paige try to find the guys and Fenris in the fire and even though they find the guys, Fenris is gone.
As the boss escapes, he runs into the police who have come to arrest him, and the secretary is with them! As the rest of GenX are regrouping, the man and woman are discussing what they should do for the rest of the day now that something good has become of it. The gang regroup and fly away through the smoke where Jubilee has to try to tell them another one of her boring jokes. Everyone tells her to be quiet and they're gone...thank goodness that's the end of this story! You have to read the comic since this story isn't the easiest to try to explain....

GENERATION X ANNUAL'97:
Ok, this should be a little easier to explain! This story is based off of the novel "Generation X". Just delete the character "Statis" and you have this story. It starts out as Chamber is watching Monet and Emma playing a training game called "Hunter-Hunter". M dives at Emma to catch her and ends up plowing into the ground. M plows her way out and goes to Emma who is looking at a glowing egg in one of the trees and disappears. Shortly at the mansion as M goes to clean herself up, she sees the image of Beef,one of the now deceased Hellions, in the reflection of the mirror. In the hall, Skin and Paige end up in a skirmish as Skin flys around the Chandelier and Husk is in diamond form and trying to catch him.
Outside, Synch is walking when he is attacked by the ghost of Catseye. Also in the gym, Jubilee is practicing when she is confronted by the ghost of Tarot. Jubilee and Ev run into the building and tell Banshee what happened. Banshee calls a meeting and Paige is sent to the infirmary to undergo her usual tests after everytime she husks. Penance is in the infirmary and as she sees Bevatron she reaches out to him, only for his ghost to explode into light and scare the daylights out of her! this brings everyone to the infirmary to see Penance shaking in the corner. With Paige in diamond form, she hugs Penance to reasure her and later they go to their meeting.
A week later: Everyone is acting oddly except for Chamber. Ev and Skin decide to take a few days off to get rid of their depression and things get worse back home, everyone is acting oddly and only Chamber seems to notice. Later on Emma is confronted by Beef as he blows up the Gazebo she was on and noone does anything until Chamber tells Banshee to save her! He catches her and they continue like nothing ever happened! Chamber takes things into his own hands and searches through Sean's computer for an answer when he sees firetrucks go by, an old hotel in Snow Valley was going up in flames. He tries to snap everyone out of their trances, but its no use. He finally convinces M to fly him there. M flys away as Chamber uses his powers to turn a nearby pond on the fire to put out the flames and then hitchhikes home.
At home he is hit by a migrane and is transformed into a form of dream led by the mutant D'Spayre,a mutant who survives off of the sorrow of others. In Boston Ev and Synch are talking about what has happened and decide to head back to the mansion to help. At this time, Chamber and Emma are living through a tortured dream so D'Spayre can gather strength. Ev and Skin arrive and watch as M and Husk come out of the biosphere after hanging everyone to trees and decide to rush into the biosphere and are captured. Before D'Spayre can take over Skin's mind, he sets up an arc between himself, Synch and Chamber through his skin to shock Chamber out of his dream. D'Spayre tries to stop Chamber by filling his mind with the tortured dreams of the others when Chamber blasts all of his energy into the sky and blasts D'Spayre down. Everyone wakes up and thinks he's dead until his energy comes back down to the earth and he reformes himself into the whole person he was before his power manifested. He was whole again but he couldn't hold it and his powers came back. Everyone thanks him..the End! As always this is the happy ending!
