GENERATION X #11:
Omega Red beats up GenX with his death spores except Chamber who makes him run. (Jono can't breath, is not affected by the spores) Emma continues to monitor Sean's mind. Chamber and Omega Red battle on a dam and Chamber wins. Emma contacts Sean at the right moment, have one of those talks and she brings them both back to consiousness. The kids return, battered and bruised from Omega Red. Emplate is listening to all this and decides to return to the Acadamy and take back his prized possesion..the one who he lives off of.......Penance!
GENERATION X #12:
Emplate is in his dimension being torn apart again thinking about getting Penance back. GenX end up going on a trip to Boston to unwind, while Jono goes to meet his old girlfriend Gayle at a restaurant. Skin gets ambushed by a mutant. Sean tries to talk to Monet about her "trances" and her family. This spooks M and she flies away. At home, Emma psionically enters Penances mind
to try and help her and while she is defensless Emplate attacks her. Everyone else is ambushed also. Monet finally arrives back home and finds Emplate there with the whole team captured.He then reveals to the others that Monet is his little sister!
GENERATION X #13:
Emplate is arguing with "Monet" about his power, his feasting on the marrow in a mutants bones. After feasting on Penance and Paige he finds that Monet has escaped. She rips out wires in the Mansion and makes a rigged up modem to contact someone for help, then is attacked by one of Emplates "followers". Jubilee tries to tick off Emplate while M and Leech fight off their attacker only to have more follow. Guest appearance of Bishop.
GENERATION X # 14:
Start off with Jubilee's top ten reasons why Emplate is a loser! Bishop stops the mutants attacking M, understanding why he recieved a distress signal to the X-men. Emplate gets fed up with Jubi and dines on her...not realizing that when Jubi is mad, her powers go beserk. He's even madder and and has less control than her! This explosion breaks the GenXers free and
Emplate takes Penance and teleports over to M. Bishop and Emplate fight, Penance rips Emplates back, "betraying" him. Emplate reveals her name as "Yvette" and teleports away but not before turning Synch into one of his followers!
GENERATION X #15:
Synch teleports and arrives home, and under Emplates influence, scares his family. Realizing this, he runs away. When the cops arrive, Emma arrives and telepathically shuts them down and talks to Synch's parents about what happened. Back home, Jono is feeling the affects of a being called ONSLAUGHT. Synch attacks an old friend and Jubi, Paige and M fight Synch,
they seem to forget that he can synch their powers and now they are in trouble!
GENERATION X #16:
Emma and Banshee fly to the scene to help the kids and stop short realizing that he could synch their powers. Its up to the girls. Ev fights the girls and tries to stop Emplates influence at the same time...he tries to run away from the girls. Jubi finds out how to defeat him and the girls seperate. Skin takes Chamber to their car to find help for him...Prof.X. Paige finds Ev and he rips her skin apart before she has a chance to think of a form to transform into...this proves painful and so to say revealing to Paige. Paige collapses and M tells Synch to copy her powers...this causes him to dispel Emplates influence....but how? Skin and Chamber are then run off the road by The X-cutioner!
GENERATION X# 17:
Skin and Chamber run from the X-cutioner and hide in a circus ground. Banshee talks to Synch's family and you also see a touching scene between Synch and Jubilee. The X-cutioner then reveals that he is hunting Skin down, all "evidence" from the death of Angelo Espinosa points to Skin. (I'll let you think about that for a minute) Next scene shows Emma and M having a confrontation. Skin takes off and hides in a wax dummy room and impersonates a mummy until he can ambush X-cutioner. Skin finally gets rid of the Xcutioner when he grabs his energy lance from him and all the energy bounces back and kills X-cutioner. Skin finds Chamber and they continues on their journey.
GENERATION X #18:
(Onslaught is affecting all telepaths) Paige is writing in her journal about her friends in GenX on a plane when Emma "tells" Sean to jump out of the plane. He does and GenX have to rescue Synch in the process also. Now far, far away Sean snaps out of Emma's mind control and searches for the kids. Skin and Jono hitch a ride under a truck. The kids know something is wrong with Emma and confront her. She puts them all under her control. Emma takes the kids to another resort of hers in Canada to hide them from "Onslaught". An onlooker begins to see an oppertunity arising.
GENERATION X #19:
Even Emma's hired hands have noticed something different about her. Especially since she's cooking! (just like that commercial..her brownies SUCK!) The kids taste of clothes is worse cause Emma's mind control is whacked out and the kids go nuts (intro to "SUGAR BOMBS"!). Banshee sneaks into the Alpha Flight headquarters to find the Sasquatch who helps him to find the kids. Kids get dumped in a section of the house by a bunch of those well known frogs, then are confronted by the Toad! A form of M goes into Emma's mind telling her to release them from her spell cause they can't fight back. Emma releases them and stops Toad. Sasquatch and Banshee drop in and you get another touching moment.
GENERATION X #20:
Bastion and Daria are scanning the Airport surveillance camera tape from GenX #1 and are learning about GenX. At home everyone (mostly) is having fun when Emma gets a message from her salad (Yes, I said salad!) Skin calls Banshee to say they're fine when the gang notice Penance's skin is softening. Franklin Richards gets dropped off at the acadamy and Emma and M chat about their problems. Skin and Chamber hitch a ride with Howard the Duck! Artie, Leech, and Franklin find a mysterious visitor, Tana Nile. Bastion finds out that Jono's plane ticket (GenX #1) was bought by Frost Enterprises. Skin and Chamber finally hitch a ride, only to find out it's driven by Howard the Duck.
