Nobody's Perfect

GENX #24 -- When Monet is telling the other GenX girls about how she first got her powers, she incorrectly states that her nanny was retired Colonel, Gayle Lord-Becker. Her nanny (from Uncanny X-men #316, Phalanx Covenant pt. 1) is actually retired Colonel, Gayle Cord-Becker.

GENX #25 -- These errors were apoligized for and shown later in their corrected forms. (as shown above) Two panels were edited incorrectly. In one panel Franklin is supposed to say "I think you're just bein' paranoid, Mr. Duck." and the second panel was supposed to show a picture of Artie's Hologram of Sabertooth.

GENX #26 -- When Banshee sonic screams at Emma at the end of GenX #25 (left), he tears apart her shirt. Here in GenX #26, her shirt is whole.

GENX #32 -- When Paige husks we see that she's completly shredded her jeans and shirt, shortly after her clothes are whole again.

GENX #33 -- After being threatened by Dorian and Weasel, Chief Authier asks Jono to pull down his scarf. A mixed up psi-speech happens here. As Emma tells Jono to pull down his scarf, the next two psi-balloons are pointing to the wrong people. It shows Paige, meant to be Jono, telling Frost to "Get out of my mind Frost! I don't have to --", and shows Jono replying, "Just DO it Mr. Starsmore." when it should have been Emma replying.
Thanks to HUGO618_00 for letting me know of this error.

GENX #34 -- This error was apologized for also. Synch and Penance's panels were mixed up. We see Penance saying "Holy--" and Synch saying nothing. It should have been the other way around seeing how Penance can't talk.

GENX #35 -- Last issue in #34, Chimera's lackey had captured Synch in a headlock. He was wearing normal civilian clothes that issue, but here in #35, he's in his full battle suit.

-- Paige gets hotheaded and husks to steel to attack Mplate. Flip the page and you see Husk jump up at Mplate but her skin's normal.

-- Here M-Plate fires a large blast back at Jubilee, the result is that Jubilee gets nailed through a solid wood door with such force that she bounces a number of times before falling unconscious into the "Alice in Wonderland" dream sequence. Now as you can see in the next image below, she stopped quite a distance away from the house. With a blast like that, shouldn't she have had some form of serious injury?
Thanks to Yujon3D for telling me about this error. As told by Yujon3D, "There should be an explanation for why Jubilee doesn't have at least a concussion and one or two fractures (such as the blast being a telekinetic force field which carried her more than pushed her), but I saw nothing that did so. Otherwise, Jubilee should've also been at the hospital by the end of the story arc."

-- We see the gang looking over Jubilee as she wakes up. Emma is in the background wearing the green sweater. Next panel shows two Emma's! Looks like someone was trying to re-use their panels and just re-drew Emma kneeling and Sean leaning over in this panel.

GENX #37 -- In #37 looks like we have a spelling mistake. Mplate is telling Ev that the mutant Gaia is the only one who can activate the amalgamator, and if he synchs with her, he will be able to activate it as well. Mplate has the error of saying "...synch to HERE" instead of "...synch to HER".
Thanks to "K L" for reporting this error.

GENX #38 -- Penance seems to be talented in this issue. Even though she has razor sharp claws for hands, she still manages to help Banshee shovel coal without destroying the shovel.

-- Dirtnap, where did you go? We were supposed to see Elwood the Pooka having a chat with Dirtnap the rat....but where's Dirtnap?
Told to me by Quamp, it seems that this was an odd error, some issues show Dirtnap while others do not.

-- Why is dirtnap green? He is supposed to be gray. This is also shown on Quamp's noprize site.

GENX #39 -- Dorian and Weasel are wearing aprons for the issue but Dorian's apron disappears for a panel.

-- The smiley face on Dirtnap has a wide open mouth drawn instead of a smiley line.

-- The GenXers are covered in goo from an exploding Dirtnap. In a short time, no one is covered in any trace of goo.

-- Banshee's beard keeps disappearing and re-appearing.

-- Synch's belt and zipper keeps changing designs. They're shown as a yellow and black background design, as full orange and then orange with a black X.

-- At the end of the book, Dorian and Weasel had beaten Synch and left him in the road. Synch is drawn in a full page splash without any fingernails on his hands. (I thought this an odd lack of detail on a full page splash myself, other than that this pic is great)

GENX #40 -- Jubilee loses her earrings for some panels.

-- Synch is in the hospital after being attacked, the tubes he has change from white to bright green.

-- Nicole and Claudette's necklaces keep changing. First they are wearing plain necklaces without the moon icons on them. Next shows the moon icons back. Lastly Claudette's necklace is wrong, it should be a full moon, not a cresent. (shown in various points in GenX, even way back in GenX #19. Nicole wears a cresent moon necklace, Claudette wears a full moon)

Now those are some of the mistakes. I have not listed every single mishap, mainly the obvious and some not quite obvious. I have not listed the following errors due to them being repeated so often:
